FAQ's

Store

Q: Do you have an actual retail store?
A: Yes! I have a workshop and retail store that are combined into 1 unit located at 4 S. Main Street in historic Woodstown, NJ. Please call ahead as hours vary or check the Contact US page for upcoming store hours. 856-624-4763

Q: What brands do you carry?
A: The only pens I carry besides GW Pens (pens I make) are a select variety of Lamy pens. In addition to pens, I also offer a good selection of Rhodia and Field Notes journals as well as a selection of Jacques Herbin fountain pen ink.

Bridal/Wedding

Q: I would like to give matching pens to our wedding party. Is that possible?
A: Yes! Bulk orders like this are no problem as long as enough time is given to make the pens.

Q: Can the pen colors match our wedding colors?
A: Absolutely! If I can't find a commercially available material I can work with artists who will be able to color match the material if you can provide a swatch.

Q: Can the pens be engraved with the wedding date?
A: Yes, even a custom piece of artwork can be engraved if you have a high resolution image.

Wholesale

Q: I have a Brick & Mortar retail shop and am interested in carrying a line of your pens. Is that possible?
A: Unfortunately, I'm not offering wholesale options at this time. This might change in the future.

Corporate Gifts

Q: Can you handle bulk corporate orders?
A: Yes! Pictured is one such order, please Contact Me to discuss your needs or to request our Corporate Gifts Guide. You can also check our Corporate Gifts page for more info.

Q: Can my logo be engraved on the pens?
A: Maybe- This would depend on the size of your logo and the pen you choose, but we can discuss those details. It does require high resolution images, so please be sure to have them available for email or ftp download.

Shipping

Q: How fast do items ship from the time I place my order?
A: If the item description lists it as "Ready to ship" then it will ship within 1 business day. If it is Made to order, it may take 2-6 weeks depending on material availability and work queue. If you need a 'Made to order' pen by a certain date, please Contact Me first.

Q: What options do you offer for shipping?
A: Most items come with USPS Priority Mail shipping as the default option. If you prefer a different carrier or method, please Contact Me.

Q: Are there shipping charges?
A: I provide Free Shipping within the Continental US on orders of $99 and above. Orders outside of the CONUS of $99+ have been discounted.

Q: Do you ship to other countries?
A: Yes! Please note the recipient is responsible for any duty tax.

Refunds/Warranties

Q: What if my item arrives broken?
A: I am very careful when packing orders but sometimes accidents do happen that are beyond my control. Please let me know within 10 days of receiving your order if it arrived broken. You can ship the defective item to me for repair or replacement, depending on the problem.

Q: What if I'm just not happy with it?
A: As much as I would hate for that to be the case, I never want a customer to feel 'stuck' with something if they are not 100% happy. You can return the item to me within 10 days of receiving it for a full refund less the return shipping fee. However if the pen has been engraved with a name, date, or logo, or has undergone some other form of customization it would be difficult for me to resell that pen. These are handled on a case by case basis depending on the level of customization.

Q: How long do you stand behind your pens?
A: I refer to my pens as heirloom quality and I stand behind that. Of course as with most handcrafted items, pens require some special care. Exposing them to extreme heat or cold, such as being left in a car, can ruin the material. Also, dropping the pen or the cap can cause chips, cracks, or dents. These can sometimes be repaired, but other times would require replacement. While I will make every effort to repair with no additional cost to you, there may be times where a small fee would be incurred.
